Shipping & Return
This is an e-gift card that will be sent to your email with a code to use the next time you purchase or a friend/family member uses the code. This gift card can only be used for products sold in our office or on this online store.
There are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and shipping information cannot be changed once the order is submitted. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends are shipped the first business day following. Residential orders are shipped, by a shipper of our choice, and arrive generally within 1-3 business days depending on what time of the day the order is placed. Orders delivered to PO Boxes are handled by USPS and arrive generally in 2-5 business days. Customers will receive tracking information either the business day of or the first business day that follows the day the order was placed.

- We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged. Products received damaged must be documented with pictures and emailed with order/contact information to frontdesk@raphahw.com to be considered for a refund.
