Organic Thick Rolled Oats
Our Organic Thick Rolled Oats make the perfect meal to start your day. Like our Organic Whole Grain Oats, our Organic Thick Rolled Oats are an excellent source of phosphorus (164mg per serving) and thiamin (0.2mg). Just use our easy cooking instructions below (and on every package) to make a delicious and fulfilling breakfast to start your morning.
Oats are also a good source of iron (1.7mg), magnesium (55mg), zinc (1.5mg) and copper (0.2mg). One serving of this oatmeal provides 4gm of fiber, which is 14% of the daily value of this nutrient.
Cooking Organic Thick Rolled Oats
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Organic Thick Rolled Oats, reduce heat to medium-low. Cook and stir occasionally for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Cook slightly longer for creamier oatmeal.
1 serving: ½ cup of oats, 1 cup of water, pinch of salt
2 servings: 1 cup of oats, 2 cups of water, ¼ tsp of salt

Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and shipping information cannot be changed once the order is submitted. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends are shipped the first business day following. Residential orders are shipped, by a shipper of our choice, and arrive generally within 1-3 business days depending on what time of the day the order is placed. Orders delivered to PO Boxes are handled by USPS and arrive generally in 2-5 business days. Customers will receive tracking information either the business day of or the first business day that follows the day the order was placed.
