This replaces all Pup Club Starter Kits.
The key to optimal health is a diet rich in a variety of complex nutrients, and young dogs have nutritional needs beyond what their regular diets may provide. The Puppy Pack is intended to introduce dogs to the wonderful differences that proper nutrition can make.

Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and shipping information cannot be changed once the order is submitted. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends are shipped the first business day following. Residential orders are shipped, by a shipper of our choice, and arrive generally within 1-3 business days depending on what time of the day the order is placed. Orders delivered to PO Boxes are handled by USPS and arrive generally in 2-5 business days. Customers will receive tracking information either the business day of or the first business day that follows the day the order was placed.
Return Policy

- We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged. Products received damaged must be documented with pictures and emailed with order/contact information to frontdesk@raphahw.com to be considered for a refund.
