Center Hours:

Our hours are Monday – Thursday from 9 am to 4:30 pm, by appointment only. We can also see clients after 4:30 by appointment if needed. These hours may vary. If you wish to stop by to pick up supplements or request information, we recommend that you call ahead to avoid missing us.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you provide a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged the full fee for your appointment. We do understand that things happen unexpectedly and that emergencies do arise. Please call as soon as you can to reschedule your appointment.

When to Arrive:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any paperwork. Latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened visits. For your convenience, you may download and complete forms prior to your appointment.

Ordering Supplements:

If you do not live in the Rogers area, or find that your schedule does not allow you enough time to pick up supplements as often or as freely as you would like, we will happily ship your items to your home or office. Please keep in mind that there will be a standard USPS shipping charge per package, determined by weight. Feel free to send us order requests by phone or email.

We partner with Standard Process to offer Patient Direct™, which allows you to order your supplements online and have them delivered directly to you.

Product Return/Exchange Policy:

We do not allow returns on any supplements. As we are unable to control the temperature of these products once they leave the office, and cannot guarantee their quality once returned, all sales are final.


We gladly accept cash, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.  All appointments are to be paid in full upon completion of that appointment.


We do not currently accept insurance of any kind. You may wish to contact your insurance company directly for more information regarding your policy; however, Rapha Health & Wellness has no involvement in this process.
