- Annual labs, with one 30min remote review appointment.
- One mayday 30min remote appointments. We will try our best to fit you in as soon as possible.
- A new shaker bottle. Along with the comprehensive detox kit with instructional video from Kimberly.
- Monthly wellness group zoom call with Kimberly.
- A one on one time with Megan to go over getting into the portal and setting up your products on subscription to save 10%.
Disclaimer:
– All components of this program must be used within one year and do not roll over into subsequent years.
– Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day and month as the original purchase.
– To avoid renewal, cancellations must be made before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your subscription portal.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and shipping information cannot be changed once the order is submitted. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends are shipped the first business day following. Residential orders are shipped, by a shipper of our choice, and arrive generally within 1-3 business days depending on what time of the day the order is placed. Orders delivered to PO Boxes are handled by USPS and arrive generally in 2-5 business days. Customers will receive tracking information either the business day of or the first business day that follows the day the order was placed.
Return Policy
- All sales are final and cannot be changed after the order is submitted.
- We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged. Products received damaged must be documented with pictures and emailed with order/contact information to frontdesk@raphahw.com to be considered for a refund.
